Knowing the magical power of the café in the village, “with cathartic properties” in the soul of the people, the University of the Mountains has organized and operated to date, 290 Cafes of the Mountains, with more than 13,000 people, where, in the presence of local bodies, issues were discussed that contribute to the strengthening of local production, the preservation of traditional methods of creation, the development of a small-scale-large value economy and mainly the recovery of the per capita “income” of happiness.
